Product Returns

Changes and returns will be free within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, unused and with tags attached.

To process the return, contact us by email orders@tartaleta.com or by phone 917365090, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate in this document if you wish to make a change of size or return and the corresponding items.

Once the package is received at our facilities, we will verify the condition of the merchandise and, if everything is correct and it is a return, the refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase. The shipping costs to your location, in the event that they had been paid, are not reimbursed.

If you consider that the amount returned is not correct, contact us by email at pedidos@tartaleta.com and we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reject returns notified or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
