Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important that you indicate in this document if you wish to make a change of size or return and the corresponding items.<\/p>\n
Once the package is received at our facilities, we will verify the condition of the merchandise and, if everything is correct and it is a return, the refund will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase. The shipping costs to your location, in the event that they had been paid, are not reimbursed.<\/p>\n
